Returns and exchanges
We do hope that you are happy with your product., but if for some reason you want to return your product please contact us immediatly by mail.
Please note we cannot refund the postage you will have to cover cost of return postage
If your order is damaged , please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.
You can swap an unused item for up til 4 weeks
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and normadot will not refund any shipment or payment costs In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost

When sending an item back to us we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can be absolutely sure the item get returned to us and so you can track the statur of your return shipment.
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to your Card or Paypal account as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.
