These terms and conditions apply to all purchases, contracts, and business relationships between us and our customers.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

Products

All of our products are handmade and silkscreen-printed manually, which means that slight variations in appearance may occur.

Please note that colors shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual product.

Payment

We currently accept:

• Apple Pay

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

All card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Transactions are encrypted, and no credit card data is stored by us.

Deliveries

• All orders are fulfilled from our studio in Denmark within 3–10 business days, subject to availability.

• Once you receive your order confirmation, no changes can be made to the order unless you contact us immediately.

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day for a full refund. After this period, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination country.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order:

• Contact us immediately.

• If the order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods at your own cost, using a traceable shipping method.

• We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Contact us first at info.normadot@gmail.com before sending items back.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns do not apply to:

  • Goods sold as part of a set

  • Slight seconds

  • Sale items

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (minus shipping costs).

• Refunds may be withheld until items are received or proof of return is provided.

• You are responsible for any reduction in value if items are used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipt. We are not liable for lost return parcels.

Uncollected Packages & Incorrect Addresses

• Packages are held at the pickup point for 14 days. If not collected, they will be returned to us.

• A €40 fee (approx. 300 DKK) applies to uncollected packages or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details. This fee covers return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

• Please carefully check your address before completing your order to avoid fees and delays.

Errors or Defects

• You have the right to file a complaint about product defects within 24 months of purchase.

• Complaints must be submitted as soon as the issue is discovered.

• This does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

• Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.

• Products must be returned for inspection, and if your claim is valid, your shipping costs will be refunded (with proof of receipt).

• We do not accept returns sent as cash on delivery.
