General

The company little normadot, registered at Kirkevej 7, 4672 Klippinge, Denmark, with VAT registration number DK34096422, operates the website: www.normadot.com. These general terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts and business relationships between us and users. We reserve the right to change these terms of use without notification. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.


The following elements of this website are our property: 
- all logos, text, and images.
Our trademarks may not be used without written permission.

PRODUCT

All our products are meticulously crafted and silkscreen printed manually, so there may be slight variations in appearance.

Additionally, the colors depicted on the website might not be an exact match for the item's actual hues.

 

PAYMENT 

We currently accept  Visa, Mastercard, American express , Appel pay payment , paypal and Shop pay
For Card payments, we cooperate with Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. We do not store any credit card data.

 

 

DELIVERIES

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our studio in Denmark within 3 -  10  business days. All orders are subject to availability. 
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
Orders may be canceled within 1 business day for a full  refund. If no, they may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.


We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion.

We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive



Return & Exchange

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items from your order within 14 days from delivery.
You must, however, notify us before returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
     

Return right does not apply to goods that are part of a set, slight second items and sale items under sale section             

 

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Refunds minus shipping costs are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

                                                                                                                                

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.

In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it  in a physical store. If the item has been tried / Used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used.

Which means that if you return the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.

We are not liable for packages lost in return shipping.

Uncollected Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please be aware that all packages will be held at the pick-up point for a maximum of 14 days from the date of arrival. If the package is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to us.

Uncollected Package Fee
A €40 fee will apply to uncollected packages. This fee is charged to cover the cost of return shipping, handling, and any administrative expenses associated with the return process. The €40 fee will be deducted from any refund issued when the package is returned to us.

Please keep in mind that our return shipping cost is 300 DKK (approximately €40), which reflects the cost of the freight and handling required to return the package to our warehouse. This ensures that we can continue providing timely and efficient services for all customers.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed, and for your refund to be issued.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package cannot be delivered, the same €40 fee will apply. Incorrect addresses lead to additional logistical challenges and delays. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details before completing your order to prevent such issues.

Risk After Return
Once a package is returned to our warehouse, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration in the condition of the package once it is returned. To avoid any complications, please ensure that you either collect your package on time or that the address provided is accurate and complete.

Why This Fee is Necessary
Handling uncollected packages and incorrect addresses involves several costs: from the time spent managing the return process to the logistics of shipping, handling, and administrative work. The €40 fee helps cover these expenses and ensures that we can continue offering reliable and affordable shipping services.

To avoid any delays or charges, we encourage you to promptly collect your package or ensure the accuracy of your address during checkout.

Errors or defects

You can make a complaint of defects and faults in a product within 24 months after the purchase. The complaint, though, should be given as soon as you become aware of the defect, and does not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
In connection with defects and faults please as a start, send us an email explaining what is wrong with the product. Depending on the situation we will offer to repair the item, exchange it, or offer a full or partial refund. Please be aware that we will always need you to return the product for inspection to the address below. If the complaints are entitled we will refund your shipping costs if you send us the receipt. We do not accept returned items sent as cash on delivery.
