General
The company little normadot, registered at Kirkevej 7, 4672 Klippinge, Denmark, with VAT registration number DK34096422, operates the website: www.normadot.com. These general terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts and business relationships between us and users. We reserve the right to change these terms of use without notification. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Our trademarks may not be used without written permission.
PRODUCT
All our products are carefully silkscreened by hand and differences may occur in its appearance
Also, we can not guarantee that colors on the website are fully equivalent to the item’s actual colors.
PAYMENT
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American express , Appel pay payment , paypal and Shop pay
For Card payments, we cooperate with Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. We do not store any credit card data.

DELIVERIES
We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our studio in Denmark within 5 - 10 business days. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
Orders may be canceled within 1 business day for a full refund. If no, they may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive

Uncollected packages and failed delivery
Packages are only held at the collection point for 14 days from their date of arrival, and you must collect the package within that time if it is not to be sent back to us. Note that we make a charge for packages that are not collected. Uncollected packages that are returned to us are transported at your risk and we are not responsible for the product after it has been returned to us either. So it is important that you collect or accept delivery of your package even if you have changed your mind. For uncollected packages we charge a fee that corresponds to the cost of freight, return freight and handling.
Errors or defects
You can make a complaint of defects and faults in a product within 24 months after the purchase. The complaint, though, should be given as soon as you become aware of the defect, and does not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
In connection with defects and faults please as a start, send us an email explaining what is wrong with the product. Depending on the situation we will offer to repair the item, exchange it, or offer a full or partial refund. Please be aware that we will always need you to return the product for inspection to the address below. If the complaints are entitled we will refund your shipping costs if you send us the receipt. We do not accept returned items sent as cash on delivery.

Ved kort betaling bruger vi en godkendt sikker betalingsserver, Stripe der krypterer alle kortoplysninger . Vi opbevarer ikke kredit kort data
Levering
Normadot leverer over hele verden og tilstræber at levere inden for 3 - 5 hverdage i Danmark ( se leverings info ved hver produkt)
normadot er ikke ansvarlig for tabte eller beskadigede pakker.
Vi Sender med GLS og Post Nord
Afhængigt af størrelsen af ordren, sender vi som et maxi brev til din adresse eller som en pakke begge med sporingsnummer. . Desværre kan vi ikke tilbyde gratis forsendelse til returnerede leverancer, som ikke er blevet afhentet. I så fald skal du overføre portobeløbet til vores bankkonto, inden vi sender din ordre igen.
ReturneringDer gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt i vores Webshop.
Perioden regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager ordren.
Returnerings omkostninger skal du selv afholde.
Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter købet og fra fortrydelsen skal I senest 14 dage efter returnere forsendelsen.
Varerne skal være i samme stand som ved modtagelse og i originalemballage.

Du kan enten vælge at bytte varen eller få dine penge refunderet til din konto. Desværre kan vi ikke tilbyde gratis forsendelse til ombytning af varer. Du skal dække omkostningerne ved returforsendelsen. Bevar venligst post kvitteringen, der dokumenterer, at du har returneret varerne. Vi kan ikke kompensere for varer tabt under forsendelsen.
Reklamationer
Tjek venligst dine varer så snart du modtager dem. Hvis du har modtaget en defekt vare, skal du gøre krav inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen af varen. Hvis din bestilling er defekt, vil vi tilbyde at returnere, bytte eller reparere produktet på vores regning.
Privatliv
Vi forstår og respekterer vigtigheden af privat livets fred på internettet. Dine oplysninger vil ikke blive delt med tredjeparter, undtagen hvad der er nødvendigt for at behandle en transaktion. Vi vil ikke dele dit navn, adresse, e-mail-adresse, kreditkort eller personlige oplysninger med tredjepart uden din udtrykkelige tilladelse.
