  • All orders are shipped with track & trace via PostNord or GLS, unless otherwise specified.
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or costs caused by the carrier.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for uncollected or rejected items.
  • Please double-check your delivery address – we cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect details.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, packages may be held at customs for inspection.

  • Most are processed within 3 business days.
  • If your tracking status shows “Held by Customs”, please contact your local customs office directly to resolve the issue.
  • Unfortunately, delays during busy seasons (e.g. holidays) are beyond our control.
